Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Aartava app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the app, including Smart Care subscribers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aartava. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use the app. The Smart Care subscription service is available only to users with valid Indian delivery addresses.

Permitted Use

• Track your menstrual cycle and health symptoms
• Access personalized diet plans and health insights
• Subscribe to Smart Care for pad delivery services
• Participate in the referral program
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes

Prohibited Activities

• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Using the app to distribute malware or spam
• Fraudulent use of the referral program
• Reselling Smart Care products for commercial purposes

Smart Care Subscription

Smart Care is a monthly subscription service that includes premium app features and pad delivery:

• First month: ₹49 (delivery fee only, 10 premium pads included free)
• Subsequent months: ₹299/month (auto-renews unless cancelled)
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Cancel
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
