Smart Care Subscription Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with Aartava Smart Care. Here's our refund policy:

First Month (₹49)

If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days and haven't received your pad delivery, you're eligible for a full refund of the ₹49 delivery fee.

Monthly Subscription (₹299/month)

Refunds are available within 48 hours of renewal if you haven't used premium features or received that month's pad delivery.

Eligible for Refund

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Pad delivery not received within 10 days of expected date
  • Damaged or defective products (with photo proof)
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of auto-renewal (before delivery dispatch)
  • Service unavailable in your area after subscription

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after pad delivery has been dispatched
  • Partial month usage (subscription is non-prorated)
  • Referral rewards already credited to your account
  • Failure to update delivery address resulting in failed delivery

How to Request a Refund

  1. Open the Aartava app and go to Settings
  2. Navigate to Help Center → Contact Support
  3. Select "Refund Request" and provide order details
  4. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
